Profhilo® wrinkle reduction treatment in Reading | Hilton Skin Clinics

Offering an exclusive alternative to regular dermal fillers, Profhilo is an award-winning new skin remodelling treatment specifically designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines, giving the skin a noticeably smoother, tighter look in a mere two treatment sessions.

As we age, our skin’s collagen and elastin will naturally decrease. Profhilo counteracts this process and, unlike typical fillers, instantly stimulates the production of 4 different types of elastin and collagen within the skin’s tissue.

Referred to as a high-grade hyaluronic acid gel, Profhilo is a much purer, additive-free alternative to dermal fillers, guaranteed to create a younger-looking, radiant complexion regardless of skin quality or tone.

Whilst Profhilo is primarily aimed at those aged between 40 and 60, it can still be used on younger patients to provide a more preventative effect against unwanted signs of ageing.

A typical Profhilo treatment session will take around 45 minutes. 5 injections will be directly administered into your area of concern, and it’s likely you’ll notice a positive result almost immediately.

To achieve the full potential Profhilo can provide, it’s highly recommended you receive two individual treatment sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Due to Profhilo’s cutting-edge development and hyaluronic acid composition, this is likely to be enough to completely transform your complexion and provide a long-lasting youthful, radiant look.

Minimal downtime is required after treatment, although you may experience a small amount of bruising. To minimise the risk of this happening, avoid drinking alcohol at least 24 hours before your treatment time and avoid using anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin, ibuprofen etc.) for at least 2 days before.
